One good thing about project having APF number from leading banks is that this assures you of sound legal & technical credentials of the project.
  • Check whether there is provision for children playing area
  • The building facilities and specifications are to be noted. Many builders give lots of features and specification to attract the customer. The main part is to understand the whether the given facilities and specification is suitable for real life.
  • Before signing the agreement or contract you must clear about the area calculation that is area allocated for your plots is properly calculated or not.
  • Buyer must do a complete survey on the prices in location, where you are planning to buy the plots or lands.
  • Project location is an important thing while planning the lands. It is impossible to build all the building in the main road. The important one is to be noted in the lands whether the land is surrounded basic facilities like schools, hospitals, grocery, transports, etc.
